solving library
(&lt;https://computing.llnl.gov/projects/sundials&gt;). Currently the
serial version of ODE solver, 'CVODE', sensitivity calculator
'CVODES' and differential algebraic solver 'IDA' from the
'SUNDIALS' library are implemented. The package requires ODE to
be written as an 'R' or 'Rcpp' function and does not require
the 'SUNDIALS' library to be installed on the local machine.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/sn248/actions/runs/39102912183</link><pubDate>Sun, 18 Oct 2026 03:39:27 GMT</pubDate><r:package>sundialr</r:package><r:version>0.2.1</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://sn248.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/sn248/sundialr</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>my-vignette.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>my-vignette.html</r:filename><r:title>sundialr - An Interface to 'SUNDIALS' Ordinary Differential Equation (ODE) Solvers</r:title><r:created>2018-04-02 16:20:06</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-18 03:21:40</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[sn248] Rcppautodiff 0.1.0</title><author>satyaprakash.nayak@gmail.com (Satyaprakash Nayak)</author><description>Provides an interface from R to the 'autodiff' library
&lt;https://autodiff.github.io/&gt;, a modern header-only C++ library
for automatic differentiation. Unlike numerical
differentiation, automatic differentiation computes derivatives
of functions to machine precision without truncation error,
using either forward or reverse mode. The 'autodiff' header
files are shipped with this package so that other R packages
can use them by including 'Rcppautodiff' in the 'LinkingTo'
field of their 'DESCRIPTION' file. Example programs demonstrate
computing derivatives of single-variable and multi-variable
functions, gradient vectors, Jacobian matrices and derivatives
with respect to parameters, using 'Rcpp' and 'RcppEigen'.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/sn248/actions/runs/36831936781</link><pubDate>Sun, 02 Aug 2026 01:14:13 GMT</pubDate><r:package>Rcppautodiff</r:package><r:version>0.1.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://sn248.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/sn248/rcppautodiff</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>Introduction-to-Rcppautodiff.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>Introduction-to-Rcppautodiff.html</r:filename><r:title>Introduction to Rcppautodiff</r:title><r:created>2022-07-11 14:14:07</r:created><r:modified>2026-07-09 00:58:37</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
